By subscribing to LC Studio’s Digital Learning Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms govern your use of the learning platform and associated services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2.1 Subscription Process: Subscriptions to LC Studio’s Digital Learning Services can be made via the LC Studio website.
2.2 Payment Processing: Subscription payments are facilitated through Payfast. Subscribers are subject to Payfast’s terms and conditions regarding payment processing.
3. Access to Learning Platform
Upon successful subscription and payment, the subscriber will be granted full access to the learning platform within 2 working days. Access will be provided through login credentials sent to the email address provided during the subscription process.
4. Missed Payment
Should a subscriber miss a payment, for any reason, your subscription will be cancelled and access to the platform will be terminated. Should you wish to continue, you will need to start the subscription process again via the LC Studio website.
5. Learning Tracks
Subscribers will have access to all 6 learning tracks offered by LC Studio as part of the Digital Learning Services subscription.
6. Unsubscription
Subscribers wishing to unsubscribe from the Digital Learning Services must notify LC Studio by sending an email to theteam@lcstudio.co.za. The unsubscription request will be processed, and access to the learning platform will be terminated.
7. Payfast Terms and Conditions
Subscribers are also subject to the terms and conditions of Payfast, the payment processing platform used by LC Studio. Any issues related to payment processing should be addressed in accordance with Payfast’s policies.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
LC Studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
LC Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the services; (b) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the services.
